Closing the Deal Manually

Once a brand and creator agree to do a deal, you run it manually. Here's exactly what to do:

Create a WhatsApp group
"[Brand] x [Creator] — Collabbb Deal #001" — add both parties. You are the moderator.

Lock the deal terms
Ask both sides: deliverable, amount, deadline, revision rounds. Paste a summary in the group. Both reply "Agreed ✅".

Collect payment from brand
DM the brand your UPI: collabbb@upi. Once they pay, post the screenshot in the group: "₹X received ✅ — held in escrow."

Creator starts work
DM creator: "Payment confirmed. You can start now. Deadline: [date]."

Creator delivers
Creator posts content link in group. You confirm receipt.

Brand approves
Brand replies "Approved! Release payment." You UPI transfer to creator. Post screenshot. Done.
